The Ballston Campus education building of Marymount University houses the School of Business Administration, the Physical Therapy program, the Center for Global Education, Graduate Admissions, the Career and Internship Center, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and the Grants Office. The eight story building, located off North Glebe Road in Arlington, Virginia, includes an auditorium, flexible classrooms, small and medium sized conference rooms, group rooms, conference center support spaces, cyber security lab, crime lab, and graduate admissions interview rooms. Marymount University is a coeducational Catholic university offering a wide range of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees.

Polysonics design services included interior acoustics and HVAC & mechanical noise control mainly focused on the auditorium and classrooms. Video projection, speech reinforcement, video display, camera, audio surround, A/V control, conference room A/V, and video conference systems, as well as, theatre AV, distance learning capabilities, audio and video booth control and production intercom design were also included in the scope of services.
